Children’s Emergency Fund
In emergencies time is life - your money buys us time to save lives.
Children suffer in the critical first days after an emergency and need our help straight away.
Save the Children saves thousands of children’s lives every year through our emergency response and preparedness work. But we want to do more.
In order to significantly increase the number of children receiving appropriate aid and protection in emergencies, we have created the Children’s Emergency Fund.
The quicker Save the Children can respond to an emergency, the more children’s lives we save.
We can only do this with your help. Your support means we can act without delay. Together, we will save more children’s lives. (evt boks)
The best help is the one you give before disaster strikes
Having the funds in place before an emergency strikes means we can get to work straight away. We don’t lose precious time waiting for public or government support. It also helps us to respond to emergencies that are not always in the headlines.
